Western Sport Shop: Discussion Forums: What's up with the WesterSportShop.com Discussion Forums? Unfortunately, we've had to temporarily suspend our Discussion Forums section. When we first started these popular sections, we decided to use an "open" system, which allowed you to post without registering. Unfortunately, that type of discussion board leaves itself open to spam-bots which create fake postings designed to lead people (and the software that categorizes the internet for search engines) to other websites. It got to the point that it took more time each day to cull these fake posts, and frankly, it's kind of boring to do so. So, we will be instituting an opt-in discussion board system when things slow down after the holidays. In the meantime, we encourage you to sign up for the Western Sport Shop Free email Newsletter.
