Spring Fly Fishing Fair

Beginning in 1994, we have brought together one of the largest groups of anglers, fly tyers and manufacturer's representatives from all of our fly fishing vendors for a full day of Fly Fishing events. Past speakers and demonstraters have included Dave Whitlock, Lani Waller, Dan Blanton, Andre Puyans and Floyd Dean, among many others. Our huge casting pond takes gives you the opportunity to try out any fly rod you've been eyeing, and a complete schedule of seminars and presentations througout the day make this an event you don't want to miss. Typically occurs during early May.

Waterfowl Day

This event takes place during September and features everything about waterfowl hunting, including calling & decoy experts, knowledgeable authors, and some of the best deals you can find for what you'll need during the season.

On The Water Clinics

We have a series of On The Water Clinics geared to demystifying specific fisheries for the fly angler. Surf Perch Techniques, Angling for American Shad, Putah Creek Nymph Techniques, Steelhead Fishing with a Fly have all been warmly received by those who have been involved with the clinics. Typcially these occur at the beginning of the season, or as soon as water conditions allow. Look for a current schedule on the "Events" page.
